HI!

So, I’ve been mulling over what I could possibly write in this introduction, and I think I've finally figured it out.

Growing up, I tried and joined what felt like every possible hobby, sport or club under the sun. It was pretty clear to figure out what I wasn’t good at, and it took me a few more years to realize what I am. I am a storyteller.

A little while ago, I was skimming through the New York Times archives and came across an article by Joan Didion from 1976. It has become one of my favorite reads for the sole reason that it was relatable. Like her, I couldn’t find where I belonged, and I finally found that belonging in writing and photography.

They are my outlets. To me, they are an escape; a way to clear my head, start fresh and bring thoughts to life–  a way to capture the little moments. No matter what, I am the creator, and I hope my work brings you just as much joy as it does for me.
